Ian MahinmiC, Washington WizardsIan Mahinmi was able to get back in the saddle in 2019-20, landing just outside the top-200 thanks to his output of defensive stats.
Mahinmi has battled injuries since leaving the Pacers in 2016 but when healthy this year, he was able to deliver 0.8 steals and 1.2 blocks in just 21.3 mpg. He started in 35 of his 38 contests as his own health coincided with injuries to Thomas Bryant and Moe Wagner, so be mindful of that if you're considering Mahinmi as a deep-league option going forward. If nothing else, this was a solid reminder that the Frenchman is a nice source of steals from the center spot, and has always been a capable rim protector. He's definitely overpaid but there would be fantasy potential in the right situation.
