Caleb SwaniganPF, Portland Trail BlazersDespite Portland's ongoing struggles to fill their forward rotation this season, Caleb Swanigan was only able to post top-405/445 (8/9-cat) value in 27 games and 10.7 mpg.
Swanigan got a little hype as a rookie with the Blazers following a huge Summer League but he has never really factored into a rotation in his three seasons. An energy guy, Swanigan looks like a rebounding specialist if he can ever find consistent playing time, but we wouldn't dedicate much attention to his fantasy stock.
