But seriously, what impact do we think he has on the mpg and fantasy values of this team? Will they pick up Taj Gibson's option just because Tom's around? Will he instead let Mitchell Robinson play 35mpg?
Who breaks down first? Can they add a FA that actually makes any impact?

I think him there was a great destination...but not so sure now with how Tibs Coaches.

I think this will bode very well for Mitchell Robinson's stock, if he can stay out of foul trouble. I would not be surprised if they resign Taj and he gets a lot of minutes. Beyond that, who KNOWS?
@davidjk2000 Yes, that's certainly a possibility. It's sort of on the razor's edge, since Taj could still come in and take 20-30mpg because he's a Thib guy. On the other hand, if Tom understands the youth element, Mitch Rob might finally see consistent high-20's mins and that turns him into a top-40 type.
I've been trying to decide if I want to make a trade offer to try to get Mitch Rob which will be doable but so many unknowns right now.

@dbesbris if history has shown us anything is that Tom does NOT value young guys. Remember Keith Bogans? He started every game that season. The moral of the story is that Thibs will do what he does come hell or high water.
One hope for Mitchell is that he's not a rookie so maaaaaybe that's enough for him to play 40+ minutes every game under Thibs.

Where do we think Mitch Rob goes in a re-draft for the 2020-21 season? I'm thinking 4th round, but he will be over-hyped and probably go R3
@ash-huggins Hard to say. He disappointed folks this year that took him in the 30's, so it's possible he still slides to 4th. I'm pretty sure I'd take him there.
Agree, if i'm confident he's getting 28 mins a night 4th round definitely. Depending on team build in H2H leagues, may reach for him in R3 if he's getting 28-30!
