I'm not sure you can get Zion for Lauri at present. MAYBE Ayton but kinda doubt that, too. Might need to see another 7-10 days for people to buy in on the current rankings.

I am looking to sell high on Lauri Markkanen and wondering who will have more value and more playing time: Zion Williamson or DeAndre Ayton?

I own Ayton in a league and I'd trade him for Markkanen. But then I'm in a Dynasty league Roto...so there's that. 
h2h with Ayton out there may be more there too. 
for a big man Ayton lack of Blocks and single digit rebounds puts me off him.
