should I claim him in 14T 9cat? I will have both cole and suggs after

If you do, you'll have to sit on him for a while till he rounds into shape. Should be interesting to see how the Suggs, Fultz, Cole trio split minutes. If you can sit on him a while, go for it! It's a high waiver position but might end up being worth it.
