Hey guys! I’m currently struggling right now in my league and with my teams identity and am asking for advice. I’m punting FT% and 3PM and basically PTS at the moment (even though that cat wasn’t intended to be punted) Here is my current roster:
PG - Killian Hayes
SG - Mikal Bridges
G - Josh Hart
SF - Lebron James
PF - Bagley
F - Bruce Brown
C - Horford
C - AD
Util - Steven Adams
Útil - Vanderbilt
Bench - Jimmy Butler
Bench - Scottie Barnes
Okay my issues. I’m currently 9th (out of 12) in my league and am wondering what I’m doing wrong. I need to make myself more competitive. I try to maximize streamers every week, I follow these pages and follow NBA news daily to maximize myself. Any ideas on how I can improve?
Speaking on streamers. How many should I have throughout the year? Of my 12 guys, I consider 3 streamers right now (Brown, Bagley, Killian) due to the injuries/protocols affecting their teams. Is this too many steamers? Should I try and trade someone in a 1 for 2 to deepen my team? I’m trying to see who doesn’t fit my team build, while also trying to improve my roster.

Only 2 bench slots? How many teams?
@dbesbris Sorry, 3 bench slots. 2 Util. 12 teams. I just moved Jimmy to IL and can’t add until Monday which is why it looked like that.
Ahhhh - well, you can try to look for guys that might have ROS appeal. Make sure your streamers have a good schedule, too. And then how did you end up with LeBron and AD. Seems like someone there was drafted earlier than typical...?
@dbesbris Yeah I had the 12th pick. I had Bron first and AD second. I went with Bron because of his play last year and his upside to be a top 5 guy. And AD is a monster (when healthy). Any guys I can trade off that may have better ROS appeal? I may look to move Barnes and Adams.
I see this too often, though, where folks want to move off the guy underperforming (Barnes). I think you can probably dump Adams - he hasn't been a 9-cat guy in many years. But for Barnes you probably want to wait him out a little. Mikal Bridges, as much as we love him, is the guy with more trade value right now if you wanted to try to build into your team build a little more. /shrug
