15-team 9-cat games cap roto
Start /Sit for tomorrow’s games? Glad if you can also provide reasoning for such. Leaning towards starting the rest and sitting B Clarke until he gets more minutes?
- Brogdon
- B Clarke
- Grayson Allen
- Grant Williams
Thanks!
Utah's Tank for Wenby not going so well. How long before they start sitting Conley, Clarkson and Gay (why are they playing this guy?) Do you think THT plays a major role on that team eventually?
@ryan-lieu you can but I have issues just staring at a team like that. Probably just stand pat - this is too much work for no huge changes haha
@chris-yokoyama it’ll likely be months and not days. And no I don’t have a ton of faith in THT other than maybe the season’s final days
@anton-miguel-santos yeah I’d go with your play. Those other dudes seem to be safely plugging along

Bojan over Hart over Cole over Royce
@ryan-lieu I'll say this, I think the fat on your roster that you can trim to improve your overall per-game production throughout the season are these guys in the following order (outside of Davis):
Lonnie Walker and then Morris. There likely aren't better options on your wire now but as they arise, I'd definitely think about making swaps with those two. Then, I'd also look at trying to make a trade (maybe with a walker or morris if they continue to perform well to start the year) letting go Grant Williams at some point as I think he'll take a step back in production when the timelord returns but should provide enough value while he's out over the next month or so that you can get some value for him.
The other guy who is starting to be on a short leash in my mind is obviously Brandon Clarke but I'm going to hold there cuz I believe in him ROS still. My opinion will likely change there if he continues to disappoint in limited minutes off the bench for the next couple weeks.
@jbilbaoiv Honestly, I think I'd stick with Duren for a couple weeks. IJax is in 'ramp-up' mode on a team that'll be tanking soon, if not already. So if you're looking for the better numbers over the next 3 weeks, I bet it's Duren. Jax probably jumps him at some point.
I should probably just drop Westbrook to pickup IJax instead, or repickup Olynyk who I dropped for Duren?
In my 9 cat roto, I'm currently 3rd last in blocks, middle 6th in rebounds, and tied 3rd for steals. That being said, it is VERY early in the season.
With that knowledge, would you still trade Claxton for Vanderbilt? Vanderbilt's rebound and steals look VERY nice rest of the year. I would do it if you guys feel Claxton will cool off.......
Rest of my roster:
1. PG - K. Irving
2. SG - D. Vassel
3. G - M. Smart
4. SF - J. Tatum
5. F - Z. Williamson
6. F - K Johnson
7. C - J. Allen
8. C - N. Claxton
9. Util - K Leoanrd
10. Util - S Aldama
BN - I Hartenstein
BN - R O'neale
Thanks!
@jbilbaoiv Westy likely does not belong on 9-cat teams
Following up on my last post - would you consider trading Smart for Vanderbilt? Currently 4th in Assists.....
Should I start Tre Jones or Keegan Murray in my points league today?
I. Jackson popped on waivers for a 9cat 12 team league. Should I drop Grant Williams?
