Josh Hart just dropped and wonder if I should use a waiver add to grab him? 12team, 9 cat, h2h. Thoughts?

I'm waiver position 5!
I'm pretty sure the ones with higher waivers won't grab him... but I'm also sure that if I don't use a waiver, someone with a lower priority waiver will take him.
