I would almost rather not take Simmons back too but yes Vanderbilt is hard to pass up there.

Any concern of the Thunder excising “extreme caution” on Shai and Giddey injuries in order to tank for Victor?

@brandonbourassa Oh they absolutely will, but it's hard to say exactly when they'll do that stuff. Throughout? At the end? Beginning? Claxton might be safer but Giddey is your upside play and we're still so early you could try to squeeze more out of him first

I’m higher than Dan on Simmons. Has he been atrocious so far? Absolutely. The season is long and he’ll take a bit to ramp up. I’d take the Vandy/Simmons side in the initial trade. Think of Simmons as a Draymond type. Hope for 9-9-9 with a couple defensive stats. Helpful player in the right build.
