I'm just curious as a good friend and I were discussing this last night. A few years back him and I voluntarily helped with what started as a DFS group to help others that became a site. We did an NBA podcast, He was primarily a DK player where as I was a FD player and we would work together putting the best info we could to help others with yahoo. Since then so many other other play sites have come and gone. So I'm curious who choses to primarily to play where and why or if there happens to be another site there's some interest in or a site they actually liked that's no longer around, for example both of us like SuperDraft as it's a bit different.
Personally, I learned how to play DFS through Yahoo's DFS site...lured over from my season-long league. I have played daily DFS (NHL, NBA, NFL and MLB) for 4+ years now and I'd say I play about 50% DK lineups, 40% Yahoo lineups and <10% FD. Nothing against FD. But my pro DFS friends all play almost entirely DK/FD, as Yahoo's payouts are so small it's hardly worth the hours you put in. For the other (mostly prop) sites, I have played them all when they've offered their matching deposit dollars. Occasionally I go back to play them but not daily, not even weekly. There are certainly differences between DK/FD/Yahoo scoring and prices...but chalk tends to be chalk and value tends to be value on all three...so analysis/breakdown crosses over nicely, usually.
