Opening Night Results

Absolutely brutal day one wherein I drop four of the seven units I invested. The only thing I seemingly had right was Miles McBride and now that cat is out of the bag. He’ll likely be heavily owned on the next small slate we have him. I was between Rui Hachimura and Naz Reid in that price tier and I made the wrong choice yet again. Anthony Davis wasn’t super high on my radar, so a win was never in the books. I will simply take solace in the fact that we had the right game circled here, and a fine theory. It just didn’t work out. That’s DFS.

Here was the best lineup I had on the day.

Anthony Davis was the cheat code and having him nearly guaranteed you were hitting the moneyline. I wasn’t overweight on him, so it wasn’t a profitable day. We move on and we have a massive 10-game slate to dig into here with a little more margin for error. We can gravitate towards safer plays to give us a solid base and then shoot for the moon here and there. I’ll be entering 20 lineups tonight in the main slate. Let’s get to it!
