    Tyrese Haliburton

    Position: PG

    Salary: $15,900 / $10,600

In five games in the series against Cleveland, Tyrese Haliburton shot 10+ times in just three games and had a 20%+ usage rate in just games one and five. There’s a considerable margin for improvement there, and the efficiency argument is a point in favour of Hali today. Curiously, Haliburton has performed much better on the road than at home in playoffs. He’s shooting 22% better from the field and 32% better from three-point range, leading to two more threes, and 6.2 more ppg overall. Assists-wise, he’s also dishing an extra 1.5 per game on the same amount of turnovers. Coincidentally, in ten games played in the playoffs, 5 at home and 5 on the road, his performances on the road have all surpassed the 39+ fpts mark, and are five out of his seven best fantasy games. Today, we will see if those stats translate to the Basketball Mecca. Moreover, Haliburton’s offensive orchestration should lead the Pacers to exploring the Knicks defensive mismatchs – Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns, and taking advantage of the typical Tom Thibodeau shorter rotation by playing at their desired pace. If you trust Haliburton to exploit the Knicks pace and avoid their trio of excellent wing defenders, he’s a very enticing play. And over the 2025 playoffs, he’s been able to do just that, as the Pacers have racked up just two losses.
