• Everytime I open my fantasy team and see the colective of my team’s output I feel like a kid on Christmas again. And that’s why we’re here covering today’s nine game slate, with special emphasis on the main seven game slate! We have the Rockets on a back-to-back and with a bunch of their players questionable playing at Indiana, Toronto playing at Orlando, who are just 4-6 over their last ten and are now 4 games under .500, Bucks @ Hawks with an O/U of 240.5 and two of the worst fantasy PG defenses facing against each other, Stephen Curry and the Warriors playing in Madison Square Garden against the Knicks in a matchup that will be a main focus later on, the Cavs @ Bulls matchup with an O/U of 245.5, the free-falling Sixers playing in Minnesota and the Nets playing at the Spurs, who will boast a Harrison Barnes-Bismack Biyombo frontcourt. Let’s get right to it!

    Stephen Curry

    Position: PG

    Salary: $9,400

First of all, Stephen Curry is questionable after sustaining what seems like a minor ankle injury against the Hornets and his status should be monitored closer to lock. But let’s take a closer look at the Knicks last ten games. They rank 27th in defensive rating and allow a league best 49.8 fg% to opposing teams while also allowing the 8th most assists. To opposing PGs, they’re allowing the 2nd most points and 6th best fg% over the last 15 games, and then there’s Curry’s stats over the last 10 games. He’s averaging 31.1/6.0/4.5 on 49/41/91 shooting splits and two of his best three scoring outputs came against the Magic and the Lakers, defenses that are close to the top of the league in that span. And what has Curry done in previous games against the Knicks? They played only in two games since 2022, and Curry put up 27/5/5 at home and 31/11/1 in Madison Square Garden, but he played just 33 and 32 minutes in those games, respectively. In every close game (that ended by a margin of less than 10 points) over his past ten, Curry played at least 34 minutes. Every bright spot adds up and Curry looks to be a great option today!
