• It’s Sunday and I’m dressed in an all-white suit to honor St John’s and Rick Pitino’s Big East regular season title. But we’re not here to talk about New York’s best team, we’re here to talk about the Knicks playing against the Heat and the five other games on our main slate! The biggest O/U of the slate belongs to the Thunder @ Spurs game, standing at 237, but the Pelicans @ Jazz and Wolves @ Suns are not too far behind, with a 232 and 231 O/U, respectively. The remaining game is the Battle of LA, with the Clippers squaring off against the Lakers. Let’s get right to it!

    LeBron James

    Position: SF/PF

    Salary: $9,800

LeBron James is questionable, but he’s a regular on the injury report and has not missed any recent games. We should wait for further updates, but he’s been absolutely spectacular. And even spectacular doesn’t cut it. Since the All-Star break he has only one game under 50 fpts. And that was a 48 fpts performance against Dallas. He’s been consistenly great and the lack of a great center rotation has been a minor problem lately – LeBron gathered 42 boards in the past three games. Over the last 15 games, the Clippers are allowing the 3rd best fg% and 7th most assists to opposing PFs, while also allowing the most 3pm and 3rd best 3pt% to opposing teams. Consistent greatness is amazing to watch and even better to slot into your lineup when LeBron has his lowest price-tag since the 21st of January. But look at who’s guarding LeBron in the article photo. Anthony Edwards ($9,000) is the next in line to succed LeBron in the great American stars lineage and on the Pillar Plays segment today. The Suns, Ant’s opponent, are allowing the most points and threes to opposing SGs over the past 15 games. The fun doesn’t stop there, as the Suns also boast a league-worst 120.7 defensive rating over the past 15 games.
