It’s Friday and we’ve got a battle for the 8th seeds and the privilege to play OKC and Cleveland. In the West, we’ve got the Memphis Grizzlies favoured by 6.5 against the Dallas Mavericks, with an O/U of 221.5 points. And in the East we’ve got the Miami Heat playing at the Atlanta Hawks, who are a one point underdog in a game with a 219.5 O/U. Can Zach Edey continue to be a monster on the boards after grabbing 17 against Golden State and 15.7 in April, even when he’s facing the three headed Mavs monster of Anthony Davis, Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively? And can Tyler Herro continue to carry Miami’s offense after a 38 points performance on 19 shots against the Bulls? All this and much more shortly, let’s get to it!

DFS Pillar Plays
Tyler Herro
Position: PG
Salary: $9,100
The short answer to the question in the introduction is yes. And now the long one. Tyler Herro is averaging 44.8 fppg against Atlanta in four games this season, shooting 48/40/92 shooting splits. This comes as no surprise, specially when considering that Atlanta gives up the most threes and 2nd best fg% to opposing PGs. And to put the cherry on top of the cake, Herro not only had an extremely efficient Play-In game, but he also shot 52% from the field and 45% from three to end the regular season, in the month of April. Let’s trust Spoelstra and Miami’s magic until it gives us reason to do otherwise!
