• What a beautiful Friday to have an eight game slate! Out of the earlier games, we have the Cavaliers favoured by 16 playing in Charlotte in a battle of the opposites in the East, the Jazz playing in Canada with an extensive injury list for both teams, in a game that promises to be a treat for anyone who wants to see young prospects flourishing, the Grizzlies @ Mavericks game, that has a slate-high O/U of 240, the almost fully healthy Wolves (Gobert is still questionable) playing against Miami and the surprisingly fun Blazers playing in OKC with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Isaiah Hartenstein, Jalen Williams, Lu Dort and Cason Wallace already ruled out. Two hours after the start of the last game of the previous list, we have the Suns @ Nuggets game, with an O/U of 239, a league-worst Suns defensive rating in the past 15 games and Nikola Jokic questionable, a Spurs @ Kings matchup in which we’ll see Bismack Biyombo vs. Jonas Valanciunas instead of a star studded center matchup and the Knicks @ Clippers game with Jalen Brunson questionable after exiting Thursday’s game with an ankle injury.

    Kawhi Leonard

    Position: SF/PF

    Salary: $7,800

After playing in a brutal five games road-trip and sitting out on the back-to-back vs. Detroit, Kawhi Leonard is back home and in the Clippers lineup. He played 38, 40 and 37 minutes in his past three games but only managed to surpass 40 fpts once in that strecht. Today, he’ll face the Knicks, who are allowing the 2nd best fg% to opposing teams in the past 15 games, allow the 2nd most points and 6th best fg% to opposing PFs during that span and have the 8th worst defensive rating. With his increased minutes in the past three games also came an increase in usage, going from 27.7% in February to 28.5% in his past three games. An increase in his minutes, usage and a great matchup should do wonders for Kawhi’s fantasy performance today!
