Brandon Knight scored 19 points off the bench in Friday’s overtime loss, hitting 7-of-18 shots (including a three) with six rebounds, two assists, one steal and five turnovers in 35 minutes.
Forget some of the blemishes — it’s just good to see him on the right side of the ledger after a fledgling opener. After two games it’s hard to say if he’ll be a solid mid-round guy or more of a mid-to-late round guy, and there is definitely separation between Knight and the team’s two focal points in Eric Bledsoe and Devin Booker.
