Russell Westbrook scored 27 points on 10-of-16 shooting with six rebounds, 13 assists and five steals in the Thunder’s 110-99 win over the Nets on Wednesday.

Westbrook and Durant (30 points, five treys, six boards, five assists, three blocks) coasted in this one, and the duo sit atop fantasy per-game rankings in the two and three slots.  Westbrook has the edge in 8-cat and Durant in 9-cat.  Durant will probably overtake Westy in both formats at some point as long as he stays healthy.
