Paul George dropped 38 points on 11-of-23 shooting (going 10-of-12 at the line) with six steals, five rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes in Tuesday’s road win over the Warriors.
George is the number two player over the past week, and the number three player over the past two weeks. Much of that is due to a prolific steal rate approaching three per game in that span. Even with a regression on the defensive end, George is a lock to finish as an early-round value. Speaking of big defensive performances from Thunder forwards, Jerami Grant swatted three shots in 35 minutes off the bench with 16 points, four rebounds and two assists. Grant has seen increased minutes lately in the absence of Andre Roberson, but is best deployed as a blocks streamer outside of deep leagues.Â
