Kyle Lowry scored a career-high 43 points on 15-of-20 shooting with five rebounds, nine assists and four steals in the Raptors’ 99-97 win over the Cavs on Friday.
Lowry hit the game-winning shot to boot and also added two threes, 11-of-15 free throws and did it all with DeMar DeRozan (illness) scoring a season-low six points. He should be in the mix for the all-NBA first team this season and as we’ve been saying for weeks now — don’t be surprised if the Raptors are the No. 1 seed out of the East.
