James Harden scored 29 points on just 8-of-26 shooting (0-for-8 3PTs, 13-of-13 FTs) with nine rebounds, eight assists, one steal and one block in Wednesday’s road win over the Sixers.
This game was much closer than the 14-point difference in score would entail and Harden almost shot them out of the game. Dwight Howard added 21 points with 18 rebounds, one steal and two blocks, and owners have to be thrilled that the Rockets are in must-win territory the rest of the way. Patrick Beverley continued paying the bills with 16 points, four treys, four rebounds, five assists and three steals in the win.
