Ricky Rubio (hip, personal) said he will play on Tuesday against the Suns.

Rubio flew to Spain on bereavement leave and it wouldn’t be surprising if the additional travel made him rusty.  Kris Dunn had a solid outing in the Wolves’ last game without Rubio and they’ll be looking to build off that, so Rubio might give Dunn some minutes in this one.  That said, it’s not guaranteed.  It’s just as likely that the Wolves push Ricky to go put up some massive numbers so he can increase his value on the trade market.  If you added Dunn it’s as a stash in hopes of a trade so you’re waiting on that front.
