Josh Smith will start for the Rockets at power forward on Friday.

Smith and Clint Capela are going to get the same run whether they start or come off the bench, so this is pretty inconsequential.  Capela has been one of our favorite stashes as he has top-175 value on the year in just 20 mpg and the Rockets frontcourt appears to be thinning out around him. Smith needs to show us quite a bit to make us forget his season-to-date.
