Isaiah Whitehead managed just six points on 2-of-8 shooting (including a three) with three rebounds and four assists in the Nets’ double-overtime win against the Clippers on Tuesday.

Whitehead’s game against noted fantasy killer Chris Paul was solid on almost every front, and the backcourt of he and Sean Kilpatrick looked good tonight.  This isn’t a game to downgrade your evaluation of Whitehead — it’s the opposite actually — but it should be said that this is a longer-term stash asset.  He got some great experience tonight.
