Marvin Williams scored a season-high 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting to go with four rebounds, four treys and one block in just 23 minutes on Wednesday against the Heat.

We’re going to humblebrag here because we told you guys that both Williams and Jeremy Lamb looked like different players in the first week of the season and here we are.  Marvin is a top 40-65 producer (9/8 cat) right now with numbers that are up across the board, so some regression is certainly coming down the pipeline.  You factor in his age and mileage and this is classic sell high territory.  If you can get a top 50-75 player while the going is good you’re definitely doing it right.  Williams also got hit in the face and we haven’t heard anything about it since.
