Robert Covington led all Sixers players with 27 points during Wednesday night’s 115-105 loss to the Bulls.
Mercifully, the Sixers season has come to an end. “Lord Covington” scored 27 points on 7-of-17 shooting including 6-of-13 from the land beyond. He played a game high 42 minutes on Wednesday and added six rebounds, two assists and one steal to seal his line. The Sixers end their season with a record of 10-72 and in the process achieve the third worst winning percentage in the history of the league at .122. Covington had a pre-draft ranking of 74 (good for early 7th round value in 12 team leagues). He actually surpassed his ranking finishing in the top 65 overall. “Lord Covington” should continue to maintain mid round value in Philly next season.
