The Cavs are officially at 15 players for their opening night roster as they have waived Kendrick Perkins.
Perkins did not play in the NBA last season and has averaged 5.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.2 blocks in 14.6 minutes over his 13-year NBA career. The Cavs have already offered him a chance to begin his coaching career in Cleveland but his comeback attempt may not be over yet.
