Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Tony Parker is expected to undergo season-ending surgery on his left leg.

Parker received an MRI this morning and while the results haven’t been divulged, the early word is as expected – it doesn’t look good. It’s a brutal blow to the Spurs, who were receiving a terrific postseason from their point guard. He had one particularly huge game in round one and was looking like the Parker of old. Patty Mills will presumably take over the starting role while Manu Ginobili may also see some more ball-handling duties.
