Rodney Hood (hamstring strain) went to the locker room on Tuesday during the third quarter of Tuesday’s tilt with the Rockets and will not return.

According to Jazz beat writers, Hood went to the locker room in the third quarter for due to a hamstring strain and did not feel good enough to come back out and finish the game. The Jazz are calling it a strain, which bodes well for his long-term outlook. Hood finished the game with 19 points on 7-for-15 shooting with two boards, three assists, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers. Consider Hood day-to-day for now.
