Rodney Hood (knee) out on Friday

Rodney Hood will not play on Friday against the Mavericks.

Hood is expected to miss 1-2 weeks, but at least he is traveling with the Jazz. Joe Ingles should continue to get a large minutes bump while Hood is sidelined.
