Both Kyrie Irving (right quad contusion) and Shane Larkin (knee) have been ruled out on Sunday vs. Portland.
This will be Larkin’s fourth straight missed game and Irving’s third. However, the Celtics are currently in the midst of a three-game win streak without the two of them. Coach Brad Stevens said that Irving is feeling much better and the Celtics are still listing him as day-to-day. With Irving, Larkin and Marcus Smart (hand) all still out, expect Terry Rozier to continue starting as he’s averaging 24.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 4.5 3-pointers over the past two games.Â
