• Right knee soreness will not keep Giannis Antetokounmpo out of Friday’s game against the Nets.

“Oh, it’s (been) a great week. I feel great, I’m ready to go. We’ve got one practice tomorrow, I’ve got to practice hard and get my rhythm back and feel ready to go. (I’m) feeling energized.” These words from Antetokounmpo are a great sign for his status Friday and hopefully for his overall play. The Greek Freak was very upset about Jason Kidd‘s firing so it remains to be seen if that will affect how he plays. He also was barely a top-100 asset over the last five games due to a lack of steals, subpar field goal percentage and bad free throw shooting.
