Coach Mike D’Antoni said Eric Gordon should be good to return on Tuesday against the Nets.
Gordon went through shootaround on Tuesday and will return to his usual role off the bench. The veteran will take most of Gerald Green‘s minutes back but the latter may still have some value as long as Trevor Ariza (hamstring) remains out. With a healthy squad Green will struggle to see more than a few minutes per game off the bench. Gordon is a top-100 player this year, but thats a bit bloated due to extended absences from both James Harden and Chris Paul. When both are healthy Gordon is more in the 120-130 range which is equal to a fringe asset in standard leagues.
Update: Eric Gordon will play against the Nets.
MDA just confirmed that Eric Gordon (back stiffness) will play tonight against Brooklyn
