De’Aaron Fox (ankle) logged 34 minutes in the Kings’ 118-100 loss to the Blazers on Friday, scoring 13 points on 3-of-9 shooting (7-of-9 FTs) with seven rebounds and nine assists.
Fox has been smothered by the Zach Randolph disaster in Sacramento, but is starting to get a lot more freedom to do his thing lately and he’s starting to produce standard league value. His stat set isn’t mature yet and could easily be a limiting factor in fantasy leagues, but it’s also possible he racks up a bunch of stats and improves his efficiency if the Kings decide to keep Randolph and his gravity off the floor. Either way, he’s a must-own player poised for a big finish.Â
