• Robert Covington started Wednesday’s loss off strong but faded as the game went on, finishing with 10 points on 3-of-8 shooting, two treys, four rebounds, three assists and one steal in 27 minutes.

Covington was limping and the obvious concern would be his previously injured knee, but beat writer Tom Moore indicated that he thought it was a shot he took to the thigh.  Moore added that he was set to play on Saturday against the Nuggets.  We’re thinking that — thigh or knee or whatever — that Covington’s minutes have been a bit high for a guy that just got back on the floor a few weeks ago.  Maybe you want to sell high on his top 20-30 value entering last night, but he’s doing exactly what we predicted and we’re thinking folks can still buy low on him, not the other way around.
