Bradley Beal scored 16 points off the bench on Monday, hitting 4-of-8 shots (3-of-5 from deep, 5-of-6 from the line) with one rebound, five assists and one steal in 24 minutes against the Blazers.
Beal’s fantasy value and his real life value have been threatened by the Wizards and Randy Wittman’s oafish decision to let Beal run his leg and his career into the ground. We’re not saying he won’t be good or even great again — just that he has a massive injury risk hanging over his head and it will most certainly cost him contract dollars. Owners may want to consider him an early-late round asset and call everything else gravy on top.
