• The Clippers and Pistons are reportedly in serious discussions on a trade centered on Blake Griffin according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

There is currently no word on other pieces being discussed but we’ll keep you updated as information rolls in. A move to the Pistons, assuming he’ll be playing next to Andre Drummond, would seemingly mean his value remains the same as it’s been in Los Angeles, if anything his rebounding may dip a bit. More to come.

Update: Kevin O’Conner of the Ringer says a potential deal involves Avery Bradley, Tobias Harris, Boban Marjanovic and a first-round pick to the Clippers for Griffin.

Update: A trade sending Blake Griffin, Brice Johnson and Willie Reed to the Pistons for Avery Bradley, Tobias Harris, Boban Marjanovic, a first round pick and second round pick has been agreed upon according to Shams Charania and Adrian Wojnarowski.

Fantasy implications: Griffin will lose a little bit of value rebounding next to Drummond. Avery Bradley will gain a little bit of value playing for a team that desperately needs good players. Tobias Harris’ value will remain consistent. Stanley Johnson has struggled to keep a strong stat set since he has been in the league, but he’ll be worth a look to see if this can vault him into being a consistent fantasy asset. Reggie Bullock gets some breathing room and is also worth a look in 12-team formats, and the duo of Reggie Jackson and Ish Smith might also see better usage and maybe a few more minutes. Luke Kennard hasn’t shown us anything to make us believe he will be a consistent fantasy asset, but he will also be worth a look if you’re feeling lucky. Boban needs minutes to matter and that would require DeAndre Jordan getting hurt, so he’s a very speculative add at best.

Update: The Clippers continue to pursue packages of young players and picks for DeAndre Jordan and Lou Williams according to Adrian Wojnarowski. Moving Jordan could make Boban more relevant. He has risks, but he’s worth a speculative add.
