ESPN.com’s Marc Stein reported on Friday that the Wolves and Pistons are discussing a swap of Reggie Jackson and Ricky Rubio.

Jackson’s fantasy value wouldn’t be sunk in Minnesota but it certainly wouldn’t improve and Rubio would probably see a slight uptick.  The Pistons might be fed up with Jackson but this deal doesn’t really make sense for either party so we’ll have to see where this goes.

Any deal would expand to involve other players — such as Shabazz Muhammad — but sources say for now the teams are in the talking stage
