Goran Dragic (left foot) suffered an injury to his left foot in the first half on Wednesday, and is doubtful to return for the second half of Game 1.

Dragic would be a huge loss for the Heat if he misses significant time. It's unclear when he suffered the injury so this update comes as a big surprise. Tyler Herro started the second half in his place. Herro will see a massive increase in ball handling duties if Dragic's injury persists.
