With Luis Scola (rest) and James Johnson not playing, Jason Thompson, Norman Powell, Terrence Ross, Patrick Patterson and Cory Joseph all received 19 minutes or more against the Nets on Tuesday.

Thompson drew the start for Scola, who was getting a rest day. He put up useful numbers with five rebounds, two blocks, and one steal. If the Raptors continue to rest Scola, Thompson could be worth a look. We do not suggest adding him just yet. Terrence Ross is worth a look if you are gunning for threes. Patrick Patterson has been averaging 30 minutes over the last month with nothing to show for it. Leave him on the wire. All of the role players could be useful next week as some leagues begin the fantasy playoffs with the Raptors scheduled for five games in seven days.
