Myles Turner logged 31 minutes off the bench on Tuesday against the Suns, scoring 15 points on 7-of-11 shooting with four rebounds and four blocks.

We weren’t thrilled with Turner’s late-round draft grade by many sites because we were sold on Ian Mahinmi’s ability to hold down significant center minutes.  But Mahinmi got knocked out of the game with a left ankle injury and we started to stash Turner three weeks ago because that’s a better price to pay for his multi-category upside.  Even if you’re not gambling like we were weeks ago, making an add right now makes a ton of sense because the window may have just opened for Turner.
