• Kobe Bryant turned things around a little bit in the Lakers’ road win over the Wizards on Wednesday, hitting 10-of-24 shots (4-of-11 3PTs, 7-of-8 FTs) with two rebounds, three assists and one steal in 36 minutes.

The win snaps a seven-game losing streak including last night’s loss to the Sixers, and Kobe shot about five million threes in that one and didn’t connect on nearly that many.  He and Byron Scott’s approach to this season is unprecedented and dangerous for the development of the team’s younger players, and wins like this will only embolden them in their approach.  Kobe is hitting just 31.1 percent of his field goals on the season and we’re not sure that’s going to change, which means he should only be owned in 12-14 team leagues by owners punting that category.
