• Enes Kanter scored 11 points on 5-of-9 shooting with two rebounds, one assist and two steals in 19 minutes off the bench in Friday’s overtime win against the Nuggets.

Kanter is still a solid late-round value on the year and it seems like every time he has one of these we look at the numbers with some surprise. He’s averaging 11.0 points and 6.0 boards on 54.7 percent shooting (86.4 FT%), so all of that is semi-normal but the 1.2 combined steals and blocks are really floating him as he logs just 18.8 mpg.  There’s mini breakout potential if he can somehow find his way into a 25 mpg role, which seems like something that could or should happen on a roster like this.
