D.J. Augustin hit 6-of-10 shots (including three treys) to go with three assists in 24 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Jazz.

Augustin added 4-of-5 free throws to make this a two-category line and it’s not moving the needle on his status on the wire in standard leagues, but it is an interesting wrinkle for Elfrid Payton.  Augustin was subbed in late while the game was within reach and if Payton continues to struggle it’s possible he moves in on some late-round value.
