Buddy Hield scored 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting (including a three) with three rebounds and one assist in 26 minutes off the bench on Saturday against the Lakers.

This isn’t a great line but it serves as a reminder of who will pick up the slack if anything ever happens to Anthony Davis, who briefly left the game tonight due to a back injury.  We have him as a late-round finisher on a season-long basis and he can be better than that if his playing time gets accelerated, as he has a ridiculously good stat set on the shooting side coming out of college.  He’s a mid-level stash right now even as he hits just 37.6 percent of his shots.
