Wesley Matthews made only 3-16 attempts, scoring 13 points with five boards, five assists, and three steals on Wednesday.

Matthews was an ugly 2-10 from beyond the arc. The good thing is that the attempts were there and he was clearly engaged on offense. The bad news is he continues to struggle shooting the ball after coming back last season from an Achilles injury. There’s no doubt he’ll be involved in Rick Carlisle’s offense but the shooting woes could yet again drag him down this season.
