Thon Maker started Game 2 against the Raptors, playing 20 minutes and blocking two shots.
It was the full Maker experience tonight, as he protected the paint and knocked in one triple, but also blew a couple of late rotations that cost the Bucks down the stretch. He remains incredibly raw, but Maker has already made immense strides in terms of understanding the pace and flow of the NBA. To that end, he had an impressive four assists tonight, and would have had more if his teammates could have converted some of the looks he generated passing out of the post. The future is bright for Maker, but he’ll need to find some consistency to help the Bucks in this series.
