• Alec Burks
    G, Cleveland Cavaliers

Alec Burks, who is on an expiring contract, is "widely expected" to be traded again this season, per Joe Vardon of The Athletic.

Burks came over in the Kyle Korver trade and it's not surprising to see this information pop out. The Cavs can see what they've got in Burks and flip him for futures if anyone will bite. His acquisition was a low-risk gamble that has minimal downside. His skillset is fairly redundant with Jordan Clarkson also in Cleveland, and his departure — if it comes to that, and it'll depend on the return — would open up the backcourt a bit. Collin Sexton didn't play at all in Saturday's fourth quarter. For now the Cavs are a fantasy mess and it's tough to trust anyone outside of Tristan Thompson in 12-team leagues.
