    Rudy Gay dropped 31 points with seven rebounds on 12-of-21 shooting in a loss to the Lakers on Wednesday.

    He added two assists, two steals and two 3-pointers to the stat sheet as well. Gay will have middle-round value as long as he is playing and he has the potential to deliver monster games like this one every now and then due to the lack of star power on the Spurs.
