• Rodney Hood
    G, Portland Trail Blazers

Rodney Hood dropped a season-high 27 points in Sunday's win over the Hornets, going 9-of-14 from the field in his 24 minutes while adding two assists, two steals and three 3-pointers.

Hood hadn't scored double digits since February 7 and had scored 33 points over his last eight games combined, so don't get used to this sort of production. He poured in 21 points in the fourth quarter alone to put things out of reach and gave Portland some much-needed secondary scoring. Hood's outburst today limited Moe Harkless (six points, eight rebounds, three assists, two steals in 22 minutes) and Jake Layman (two points, three rebounds in 17 minutes), though they remain the preferred fantasy options.
